About the Chef!

ConjureTea owner and founder Chef Shania Thomas has been following her lifelong dreams of dazzling the masses with her brand of "Pastry Magic". With ten years of culinary experience under her belt as well as the title of being the first Teen Champion on the popular Foodnetwork show "Chopped", Chef Thomas likens herself to be a bit of a perfectionist. A graduate of the Culinary Institute of America she took her passion for food and her love of all things tea and created ConjureTea. Her hope is that she can forever change the taste buds of her customers for the better. One sip at a time.
