Our shipping policy

Each order will be shipped through USPS. At this moment we are offering priority ground shipping through their Flat Rate service. Because of this rather than have you pay large shipping and handling fees we charge a Flat Rate along with your order. 

DOMESTIC

We ship to all states with the exception of Alaska and Hawaii. All orders will typically be shipped in 5-7 business days. Should a delay occur you will be contacted immediately. Express shipping can be requested for an added fee on an order to order basis, please email for more details. 

INTERNATIONAL

Due to the expense of International Shipping once an International order is placed, an invoice will be sent to cover shipping costs. International orders will not be fulfilled until shipping is covered.

 

What is your Return Policy?

Due to the nature of our products, we can only offer replacements for purchases damaged during transport or that were incorrect at this time. Please contact the Chef through the form on the Contact Page for a resolution to any issues encountered. Full refunds are not being issued at this time.

 Are your teas gluten free?

Yes! None of our teas contain gluten or gluten related products.

How do I order wholesale?

For Wholesale orders and special occasion large orders please email us!

Are your teas organic?

Our Bancha Green Tea used in Purify Me and Purge Me is organic. As well as most of our herbs and spices. We hope to eventually be using only organic products in the future.
